Digital prescriptions in seconds
Generate a Rx during or after the video call. Prescriptions include patient name, drugs, dosage, instructions, clinic letterhead, and QR code. Share via WhatsApp instantly.
ABDM e-prescription integration
Link prescriptions to the patient's ABHA Health ID. Prescriptions are visible to patients on the ABDM Health Records app. Supports ABDM facility registration for eligible clinics.
Online payment collection

Can I collect payment for online consultations?+
Yes. OpdNest supports online payment collection via UPI, credit/debit card, and net banking. Patients can pay before or after the consultation. GST-compliant receipts are sent automatically to patients via WhatsApp or email. Payouts settle to your clinic bank account in T+1 working days.
Can I generate and share prescriptions after a telemedicine consultation?+
Yes. You can generate a digital prescription with clinic letterhead, patient details, drugs and dosage, and instructions. Prescriptions can be shared via WhatsApp within seconds and optionally linked to the patient's ABHA Health ID for access through the ABDM Health Records app.
What is the cost of telemedicine software in India?+
OpdNest's telemedicine features (video consultations, digital prescriptions, online payment collection) are included in the Advanced plan at ₹499/month. There are no per-consultation fees or transaction fees beyond standard payment gateway charges (~1.8%). Annual plans receive 2 months free.
Can I get an online booking page for patients?+
Yes. OpdNest provides a shareable clinic booking page (yourname.opdnest.in) where patients can view your available slots, book telemedicine or in-person appointments, and pay online. You can embed this page on your website or share the link on WhatsApp and social media.
Does OpdNest support ABDM for telemedicine prescriptions?+
Yes. OpdNest supports ABHA Health ID linking, allowing telemedicine prescriptions to be associated with the patient's ABDM digital health record. Patients can view their prescriptions on the ABDM Health Records app (NHA app). OpdNest supports facility registration with ABDM for ABHA Facility ID.
