Yes. OpdNest ships with CGHS, PM-JAY (Ayushman Bharat), ABHA health IDs and ABDM consent built in, and you can add any state scheme yourself. You can enrol patients, verify cards, capture ABDM consent, and track reimbursement claims from draft right through to payment — with scheme-wise revenue reports.

What is MiRA, and is my clinic's data safe with the AI assistant?

MiRA is our built-in AI assistant (Medical Intelligence & Response Assistant). It works in Hindi and English to summarise patient history, find pending payments, explain features and draft prescriptions or notes for the doctor to review. MiRA only ever accesses data a staff member is already permitted to see, logs its actions for audit, and never finalises a clinical document on its own — every AI-drafted Rx or note is marked 'Doctor Review Required'. It's an optional module your clinic can switch on or off.
